The question is, who is going to cave on their bill, the more liberal House plan written by Nancy Pelosi or the slightly less liberal Senate bill written by Harry Reid.

Personally, I believe it will be the liberals who do what they have been doing since Barrack Obama became President and will continue to give up on their demands.
