One Judge trumps 7,000,000 voters.

Homosexual Judge Walker from San Francisco--the City by the Gay, has ruled that Proposition 8 is unconstitutional.

So would a eunuch Judge from Sacramento or Los Angeles have made a better ruling?

Under the equal protection clause and the the full faith and credit clause and as marriage is a government recognized contract between two people, he would be 100% correct Terry.
