Justice Department Files Suit Opposing T-Mobile/AT&T Merger Empty Justice Department Files Suit Opposing T-Mobile/AT&T Merger

How peculiar the Anti-Trust Division was still ramping up while Obama was propping up too-big-to-fail AIG and the banks. If these geniuses had a clue they'd have busted up any entity that they considered too big to fail until (to quote Grover Norquist) we could drown them in a bathtub... They're still bankrolling Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac even though they are dead men walking. This won't turn out well. The Federal government owns some 75.000 repossessed homes across the country and is trying to figure how to unload them without sending the housing market into the dumpster. I guess this is when we'll appreciate that community organizer experience...

I heard on the radio that the Republican talking point is now "Obama does not have a clue." The bigger threat is that those who insist on following this charismatic leader do not have a clue, either. I honestly do not believe that this present administration has enough people who are both intelligent and brave enough to make choices both wise and right in regard to much of anything, be it anti-trust matters, housing, job creation, or foreign affairs.
