But Aaron if that is the way that people feel then why cast votes for Hillary either? Just leave it blank at that spot. One source I read said some voters in WV were looking for ballots with only local race candidates.

She has the win by about 74,000 votes. But it doesn't help her that much. 37% points is a lot though.

As Hillary will not win, what do we make of the WVA numbers? Good for the Republicans, or a call for the Dems to make Hillary the VP?

I still think a Hillary VP nomination would be a disaster for the Dems (as it would bring out Republicans for McCain in droves), but I still wonder if Hillary's strong WVA and Pennsylvania showing might push the Dems in that direction.

My neighbor and best friend (born again christian that refuses to vote for McCain) said that is the reason he will not vote for an Obama-Clinton ticket.

It's obvious the woman will stop at nothing and there are an awful lot of suspicious deaths in her past. I see no way Obama would select her as his running-mate, unless he can send her to the International Space Station or Mars or something.

How many states did BO have blow out win. Montana was plus 20, GA was a pretty large number and Vermont and some other states had wide margins as well. What makes WV so eye catching is we were the ONLY primary yesterday, thus we didn't have to share the national spotlight. I'm sure that caught the attention of bot FA and MI as well as a few other states.

Honestly, if either state, especially FL was smart, they would announce a new primary the 2 weeks following the last election. The increased media spotlight would more them make up for the cost of the election.

I agree Mike. Not only would it bring out opposition as you state, I honestly don't think the two could work together. I think there has been too much bad blood.

So then who should Obama pick for VP? I think Bob Casey of Pennsylvania. The moderates and center-leftists like Casey, and the far-leftists like Obama. That would co-opt the moderates for Obama over McCain and conservatives will be convinced that the two choices are equally bad.

It would also piss off a lot of feminists, but not so much that they would withdraw their support from Obama. Feminists will do whatever it takes to vote pro-abortion rights candidates into office, even if it is someone who regularly degrades and abuses women.

I think it has to be someone with tons of experience who's big on foreign policy. Personally, I think Joe Biden is the right, oppps, some words shouldn't be associated with Obama...

You may be right, although foreign policy is going to be a Democrat's strength (unfortunately) regardless of who the VP is. The country is not happy with Republican foreign policy, for right or wrong.

My question is, did he contract LHO via the Russians, Cubans, Mafia or the CIA and what role did he play in contracting the man on the grassy knoll and could he have been the man in the sewer? Or perhaps he got the magic bullet from area 51 and that did the trick.
