Legally, no. Aaron is correct and I defend her right to be a hate mongering bitch.

And what kinds of stimulus would disturb someone to the point of the specific act he committed? Surely it wasn't for money, nor for love, nor even for the glory, apparently. It was simply revenge of some anger he felt- however induced.

He did not just start shooting people at random. His targets fit the specific kind of anger he iterated.

Yes I know what he said. I also know a schizophrenic who says that the police are out to get him. He is convinced that every helicopter that flies over a road is looking for him. I don't think the issue there is the police or what people say about the police.

I don't like Ann Coulter, she isn't even amusing any more and imho she is far from the worst. Michelle Malkin is the worst and before I began my boycott of Fox News I wouldn't watch O'Reilly when she was on. My father told me he thinks they ditched her, he hasn't seen her on in months.

I'd say speech is limited (Fire in a theater, assassination threats, etc).

A public figure, Man Coulter or famous rappers should not incite violence.
