Bravo to Blackwater and Hawks Nest state parks
Well I just heard on local news that these two facilities are going to make their lodges "smoke free".
Seems that most of their guests are requesting smoke free rooms.

I doubt the county can tell the State Park administration what to do.
The report said they were responding to customer requests.
For a non-smoker, it smells real bad to get a room someone has been smoking in.

Yeah, I remember when they said a county health board, who isn't elected and doesn't have the ability to fine could never pass a smoking ban that would stick either.
Tell that to all the bar owner's in Kanawah, Putnam and Cabell Counties.
You would be wrong.
