I think you will find that the taxes owed were state and local taxes. I may be wrong about that.

IRS records are public the the extent that the "people" can access them with due cause.

Your medical records aren't "public" either. That doesn't mean that they can't be subpoenaed.

You are defending a scofflaw by comparing the accessing of his records, legally done, to illegally outing an undercover intel agent.

Have you no shame? That is tantamount to lying.
