Re: NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
You accuse Sam of attacking you when you perceive he has no argument yet that is exactly what you do.
My post wasn't drivel, it was 100% accurate and I ask a legitimate question and you ran from it like a scalded dog.

Re: NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
I'd like to point out that in this state there are no exemptions to the vaccination requirements for entry to pubic school. There is, however, a compulsory attendance law which requires attendance by children ages 6-16.
I know.
Aaron is demonizing me for something he gave his legislators a pass on.
All kids deserve an education. If more parents were responsible and not filled with anti-intellectualism, there would be no need for a compulsory education law.
On the other hand, I'm a fascist pornmonger that whores out his daughter. What do I know?

Re: NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
So, Aaron. Nor that you have gotten completely off topic:
Was I right that most of the people that get offended by something on TV and scream about it are the Kelis of the world, making him somewhat of a hypocrite?
That was the point I started with that none of you have refuted.
Scalded dog, indeed.

Citation for what, you running like a scalded dog? Your running like a scalded dog, refusing to answer the question is citation enough for me Scooter.

Re: NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
Terry there is no need for compulsory attendance laws. The state of WV is not interested in the best interests of my children or yours. Politicians and bureaucrats are interested in their own personal wealth and power.

I don't know. Do you have a citation showing that most who are offended are religious extremist preachers from northern WV?
Personally, the only two people I’ve discussed this with, besides you of course, are both non-believers. Stephanie is agnostic and a child psychologist who was adamantly opposed to pornography was atheist.

The citation where I said I would hold an adult blameless if they had an affair with my minor daughter. Where I said it was OK to put "Debbie does Dallas" in prime time TV.
What question? You never answered mine, which was my point in my first post in this thread:

Do a little google on the Parents Television Council, a right-wing decidedly christian group.

Re: NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
I don't need a citation. I remember it well. It’s when I realized how far out there you really are. As such, I understand why you feel compelled to lie about it now.
As for your google search, you'll have to show that groups make up the 'vast majority' who approve of decency on television before it means anything.
Like I said, my personal experience has been with non-religious people.

I'm not lying about it. I never said I would hold the teacher blameless. I never said it was OK to show porn on NBC in the middle of the day.
Put up or shut up.
I DID say I don't like the fed setting standards of "morality". Unpopular view or not, I firmly believe the FCC is wrong.
If that make me a pornmonger, so be it. I've been called worse by better.

I started you. That group submitted over 90% of the complaints to the FCC in the past 10 years.

Because every parent is a good parent and will send their kids to school instead of working them on the farm.
