Hilliary wanted to present her Russian counterpart with a "reset button"--symbolizing the Obama Regime's deeply nuanced message of a desire to "reset" our relations. However, instead of the Russian word for "reset" (perezagruzka) it featured a slightly different word meaning "overload" or "overcharged" (peregruzka). WHAT A MAROON!
