I can't wait until my Electric Bill is increased to pay for this.

Gov. Manchin has issued West Virginia's first carbon dioxide sequestration permit, for the Mountaineer generating plant in Mason County. Owner Appalachian Power is spending $70 million to capture CO2 from coal fumes, compress it into liquid, then pump it 8,000 feet underground into a depleted natural gas field. Appalachian deserves praise -- but remember: this project removes just 1 percent of the plant's CO2 pollution, letting 99 percent escape into the sky.

Now isn't that a super duper great achievement?

We will all be able to breathe better without that dastardly polluting CO2 in the air.

I I am so really, really happy now 46059 lefty liberal greeny whackos.
