30% of U.S. corn crop allocated to ethanol production while 50% of the Brazilian sugar crop is allocated to ethanol. After years of kowtowing to the Sugar Trust, U. S. could run out of sugar by end of September. Why would we turn over healthcare when they can't keep us supplied with sugar?

Maybe we need a little less sugar in our diet. Perhaps if we run out of ho hos and chocolate cake we will bring down this fascist regime.

Your example is one of many that indicate that our nation's leaders simply cannot be trusted with big decisions, which makes me worried given the reality that they have the bomb, and want healthcare, too.

I think that as Obama crisscrosses the country to sell this pig in a poke, his political capital will continue to crater until it becomes apparent it impedes his ability to govern the next three years and ultimately puts his re-election in jeopardy.

HEY, ..... no problem, ...if that happens.

The Obamaites will "temporarily" suspend the Embargo on Cuba …… and the Castro Government will flood the Florida seaports with tons n’ tons of 20 cent per pound sugar.

And will probably demand import “rights” for Cuban cigars also, ... or no deal.
