Obesity 'requires climate plan'

Obesity needs to be tackled in the same way as climate change, a top nutritional scientist has said.
Does that mean that I can eat a triple scoop of vanilla ice cream on a half of an apple pie drenched with caramel sauce every day--as long as I pay some homeless guy to drink a diet pop for me?

This guy needs HOPE that he can CHANGE to smaller portions! (Wonder if there will be any pictures of drowning fat guys on icebergs?
