WV Supreme Court orders election for governor
CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- West Virginia will hold a special election for governor by Nov. 15, or within one year of when state Senate President Earl Ray Tomblin began acting as chief executive, according to a ruling Tuesday by the state Supreme Court in the resulting legal dispute.

Re: WV Supreme Court orders election for governor
The record was pretty clear that Earl Ray would serve until the next regularly scheduled election. However, the record was equally clear that Manchin should support a seat warmer until the same election. If we can scan the books and write some creative fluff to allow Joe to leave office early, I can see the justice in stifling Earl Ray Tomblin a man who desperately cries out for definitive stifling. My observation would be that we are governed less by laws and progessively more by men as the republic embraces central planning.
