WV Governor's Election.
Did the Mountain Party receive enough votes to maintain their ballot access Frank?

CHARLESTON, W.Va. - West Virginia Gov. Joe Manchin clinched re-election Tuesday, brushing aside a pair of opponents in his bid for a second term.
The 61-year-old Manchin ran on his efforts to reverse some of the Mountain State's chronic economic woes. Under his watch the state has privatized its oft-troubled workers' compensation program, and gradually but modestly cut both business and consumer taxes.

Yes- 5 times as much as would have been needed to do so. That is twice what we did 4 years ago.
Some MP folks were predicting 10 percent or more. Monday evening, on a Green Party blog, I said it would be 3 to 5 percent.

Re: WV Governor's Election.
Good. Then my vote wasn't wasted nor were those of the 4 people I pursuaded to vote for JJ. Maintaining ballot access was as good a reason to vote as any in this election for me.

Re: WV Governor's Election.
Well thank you guys for running and for offering other choices.
I split my vote between the Constitution and Republican parties, with a local Democrat added in who I like very much.
I appreciate the Constitution, Green, MP-Green, Libertarian, Communist parties for giving us someone to vote FOR, rather than just vote AGAINST.

See, I told you all a couple weeks ago that after the votes were counted, that we would be our usual cheery selves again.

And I'm thankful that you were right Frank.
Thank you.
That's probably a little too much but I'm bored.

Thanks to everyone except OC. To OC, my comrade, my acushla, my mishbochah, and my secret conservative santa, my eternal adoration.
