President: Please vote for John McCain, who is pro-life, voted to ban partial-birth abortion, voted against using your tax dollars to pay for abortion and voted to require parental notice for minors. Barack Obama voted four times against a bill to provide care and protection for babies who are born alive after abortions. Obama co-sponsored the “Freedom of Choice Act,” a bill that would make partial-birth abortion legal again and force taxpayers to pay for abortions. Obama has said, “The first thing I’d do as president is sign the Freedom of Choice Act.”
West Virginia Supreme Court: Please vote for pro-life candidates Beth Walker and Menis Ketchum. Walker and Ketchum are pro-life and oppose the Roe v. Wade decision that legalized abortion on demand.
Margaret Workman is pro-abortion. As a member of the West Virginia Supreme Court, Workman wrote the Panepinto decision requiring the state to use your tax dollars to pay for Medicaid abortions for any reason, even as a method of birth control. Since Workman's 1993 ruling, the state has been forced to use your tax dollars to pay for more than 12,000 abortions.
Attorney General: Former Delegate Dan Greear has a 100% pro-life voting record. To ensure that our pro-life laws are enforced and that pro-life legislation is vigorously defended in the courts we must defeat pro-abortion incumbent Darrell McGraw and elect pro-life candidate Dan Greear.
