The absolute truth about CO2 being the cause of AGW Empty The absolute truth about CO2 being the cause of AGW

The learned opinion of Sam Cogar, a logically thinking Scientist extraordinaire and a committed Devil’s Advocate sworn to the prevention of those attempting exacerbating the ignorance of the populace. To wit:

AGW is based on the correlation of the calculated increase in Average Global Temperatures and the increasing atmospheric CO2 and it being a “greenhouse gas”.

Water vapor is a much better “greenhouse gas” than is CO2 and there is an average of up to 70 times as much H2O vapor (1 – 4%) in the atmosphere as there is CO2 (0.0380%)

Therefore, if the amount of atmospheric CO2, which has a fairly stable value, has an effect on recorded temperatures ….. then the amount of H2O vapor, which has a dynamically changing value, will have up to a 70 times greater effect on recorded temperatures.

Thus, I don't see how one can attribute the increase in Average Temperatures ........ to an increase in CO2 content ...... unless the relative humidity (H2O vapor) is taken into consideration at the same time those temperatures were/are being recorded. ....... And it matters little whether said temperatures are averaged or not averaged, ….. massaged, adjusted or whatever.

And there is absolutely no Temperature Recording Stations that also records the relative humidity of the air …….. along with the temperature of said air.

Therefore, associating an increase in recorded Average Temperatures ……. with an increase in atmospheric CO2 …….. is bogus, fraudulent and pure “junk science”.

It is truly asinine for anyone to be ignoring the most important variable (H2O vapor) in any study or test.

People with cancer drink water. People with AIDS drink water. The Amish drink water. I agree with you, Sam. H20 needs to be investigated. (Did you notice that A; "The Earth has a fever." Gore avoided use of "Global Warming"--instead he used "climate crisis" at the Congressional dog-and-pony show yesterday? Can I call them or can I call them?)
