What worries me about Hacker is that he doesn't appear to be worried about the potential silencing of dissidents.
Even those who disagree with Limbaugh and Hannity should be concerned with their losing their rights to a hearing.

I question just how great the impact the fairness doctrine will have in era of internet, texting, satellite radio etc.
