Sen. Roland Burris was recorded on an FBI wiretap suggesting that he could write a check to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich's campaign before the ousted governor appointed Burris to the Senate.

Remember when Harry Reid said that he would not accept a Blagojevich appointment, only to fold quite quickly?

I wonder if the man has as of yet found some ethics or a backbone.

If you are talking about Reid, he has neither. He is as a pathetic excuse for a man as exists in my book!!!

So far as Burris goes, he's the poster child for the caliber of individual that makes up the senate.
