CA to pay parents to watch their own children...

The state pays about $1,000 a month for their care while she finishes school. Supervisors suggest putting unemployed parents to work caring for their own children as part of proposed changes to CalWorks and other state government aid programs. With steep state budget cuts under debate in Sacramento, Los Angeles County supervisors voted Tuesday to push for changes to CalWorks and other government aid programs they said would save nearly $270 million.

Don't they realize that this will only promote more illegal aliens and reliefers to have more children?

West Virginia pays grandparents, etc. for babysitting while they are paying the child's mother or father to go to school and paying for all costs of going to school and paying all costs of/for where that parent and child lives.

West Virginia is not the only state that does that Terry. It's part of a federal Welfare program and other states do the same thing.
