It's fat, not sodium, that's the big problem in American diets, nutrition expert says

A study published this month in the Journal of the American Medical Association came to the surprising conclusion that too much salt might not raise the risk of cardiovascular disease complications after all. Making matters even more confusing, death rates appeared to be higher in those with lower sodium levels.

Our ancestral members of the ape family evolved to become the hairless bipedal ape now known as Homo sapiens or humans (The Aquatic Ape) because they chose a “near water environment” because of the abundant food supply provided by the extremely salty ocean, sea and lake waters, …… thus they evolved on a per say “high salt diet” ……. which is confirmed by the fact that humans are the only member of the ape family that are …… hairless, ….. walks bipedally ….. and has sweat glands in the skin covering their body which rids their body of great quantities of salt.

And given the fact that “salt” is an extremely important “survival” thingy for most all higher evolved life forms, ….. it is “life threatening” to be sweating it out of the body unless one is ingesting sufficient quantities to replace that which is easily “sweated away”.

Humans evolved to be “eaters of a salty diet” ……. their health and well being now depends on it.

All the experts on earth can say what they want and blame what they want, but the real problem isn't salt or fat. The real problem is simple over eating and lack of exercise. If you stuff yourself and sit on the couch and push the remote you are going to gain weight. You don't have to be an expert to figure that one out.
