Two of the four leaders allegedly behind the al Qaeda plot to blow up a Northwest Airlines passenger jet over Detroit were released by the U.S. from the Guantanamo prison in November, 2007, ABC News is reporting, quoting American officials and citing Department of Defense documents.

Possibly.
I assume they were not guilty? Their main crime was being a followers of the koran?
Seeing as how they have no legal standing and were mostly disallowed contact with the outside world, they are lucky not to be getting nine grams of lead to the back of the head to cover the mistake up.
